I thought the intensity control would be smoother, but it feels way too jumpy for me. It kind of made me feel misled, because I expected more gradual adjustments and instead it jumps around more than I’m comfortable with.

The alarm and zaps just fail too often for me. I wanted to like it, but it’s hard to rely on when those features don’t work consistently, if that makes sense

I mean, it does wake me up some mornings, so that’s good. But, it’s not super reliable because there have been a few times it just didn’t go off or didn’t wake me up. So yeah, it works, just not every single morning

The battery on my Pavlok lasts way longer than I thought it would. I charge the little thing every few days, it tops up fast, and then I can forget about it like a normal person. No daily charging nonsense, which is great because that crap gets old real quick

The shipping experience was frustrating for me. It took way longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, so I had no real idea when the package was actually going to show up. By the time it finally arrived, I was already annoyed.

It does what it’s supposed to do, so I can’t really complain about the basic performance. But for the price, I expected a little more. A lot of the promises around it felt vague, like it was supposed to be this great value or offer extra benefits, but I never really saw anything that made the higher cost feel worth it...

For the price, I expected it to feel more solid. Overall, it just feels a little cheap, a little cheaper than I was hoping for.

I’ve been using pavlok for a few weeks now, mostly to stop myself from getting stuck scrolling at night. It’s not some miracle fix, but it does make me catch myself in the moment a lot faster. For me, it’s been a useful little nudge to stay on track, i’d say it’s worth it if you’re trying to break a habit you keep slipping back into

Returning this was way more stressful than it needed to be. It feels like it’s been a lifetime, and I’m still sitting here waiting for my refund. I didn’t expect the process to be this frustrating

I’m really happy with how easy this app was to use. Setup only took me about two minutes, and everything worked smoothly right away.

I remember their support being responsive before, but this time it was a letdown. I waited several days and still never got a helpful reply. It feels like the service has slipped...

I feel a bit misled by how this looked in the pictures. In person, it’s clunky on my wrist and just not very flattering. I expected something sleeker, but it ended up looking kind of awkward and, to be honest, a little ugly

I restarted my phone, the device, the app, basically everything they tell you to try, and it still didn’t work. When I reached out to support, it felt like they were acting like I was the problem instead of the app. Super frustrating and a total waste of time.
